What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number and message. We use them only to answer you. The form is delivered by email through a forms service and isn't used for marketing.

Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, or tax documents through the contact form or regular email. Use the secure upload portal instead.

Client information

Information you give us to prepare your returns or keep your books is used only for that work. We don't sell or share it for marketing. We disclose it only when you authorize us to, when the law requires it, or to service providers who need it to do their part of the work and are bound to keep it confidential.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, they will be about your account and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and consent to texts are never shared with third parties for marketing.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Links to other websites, such as Sinchin Tools or A L West Business Services, are governed by those sites' own policies.
